During my time at Flight Club Chicago, my role within social media campaigns varied. In the beginning, I assisted their social media managers with content ideation, copywriting, and proofing. I eventually began to create video content (and star in it) and edit more footage that was Chicago-specific, as this is a national brand. After some team changes, I enthusiastically stepped in as interim social media manager. Originally a short-term solution, I ended up leading social media efforts for 10 months.
